As a Specialty Product Specialist IV- Trade Ops Billing in the Trade and Working Capital Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the activities and service delivery. Your role will involve ensuring high accuracy in processing billing invoices, payment application and correspondent bank charge claims.

Job Responsibilities:

Speciality Product Spec. IV is responsible to support the activities and service delivery for Trade and Working Capital Operations in Manila through the following:

Ensure high accuracy of processing of Billing Invoices, Payment Application, and Correspondent Bank Charge claims Ensure 100% completion of assigned tasks on a daily basis Allocate tasks Investigate and escalate any issues including follow up of outstanding receivables Manage queue and email Provide daily/weekly productivity report Assist in projects and become subject matter expert supporting training requirements

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Bachelor’s degree graduate in business related course Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in International Trade Finance or SWIFT/FEDWIRE/CHIPS Payments background With Banking experience Flexibility to work on multiple shifts and during Philippine Holidays. This is a NIGHT shift role Good communication skills and confidence to communicate with regional leads and stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Relevant working knowledge on payments such as SWIFT, FEDWIRE, CHIPS and OFAC/Sanctions and understanding of different Message Types (MT400, MT412, MT499, MT740, MT742, MT 747, MT799, MT103, MT199, MT202, MT299) Experience in Billing and Reconciliation preferred With high attention to details Critical thinking & Problem solving skills Strong Risk Mindset & able to escalate issues to manager
