\nSalary Range: The salary range for this role is $75,000-$85,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location
\nSchedule: Role will typically work from 1p-10p/11p with flexibility required. This will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

\nWhat will I be doing?
\n\n
As a Specialty Restaurant Manager, you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of the hotel's food and beverage operations. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nManage all outlet operations to include, but not limited to, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation\nMonitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward\nMonitor and assess product and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards\nInitiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to promote restaurant food and beverage and services and to maximize overall revenue\nEnsure team members have current knowledge of outlet offerings, products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events\nRecruit, interview and train team members\n\n\n
What are we looking for?
\n\nMinimum two (2) years of Food & Beverage management experience in a full-service, stand-alone or hotel restaurant\nDemonstrated leadership ability with a track record of successfully coaching and developing teams\nIntermediate wine and liquor knowledge required; advanced knowledge preferred\nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\nOpen availability to work varying days and hours including, nights, weekends, and holidays\nAbility to bend, stoop, walk and push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. with our without reasonable accommodation\nExperience working at a fine dining restaurant preferred\nExperience managing in a unionized environment preferred\n\nSince being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
