Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Specifications Coordinator to join our team in our Denver office!  The Architectural Specifications Coordinator will assist our team of Technical Specification Writers with the updating, formatting, scheduling, and document organization of specifications and project specification manuals. Architectural Specifications Coordinator Responsibilities:Write table of contents based on specification sections provided by the team.Coordinates the formatting of consultant provided specifications to match our standards.Converts PDF specifications to Word and modifying the format to match our standards.Coordinating and updating the overall team schedule.Architectural Specifications Coordinator Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of Architectural/Interiors/Engineering firm experience.Proven administrative assistant experience.Proven success with compiling specification Project Manuals.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and practices.Experience working collaboratively as part of a team.Experience with Newforma preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience with VisiSpec platform is preferred.Proficient in Bluebeam Revu.Established in 1972, Ware Malcomb is a contemporary and expanding full service design firm providing professional architecture, planning, interior design, civil engineering, branding and building measurement services to corporate, commercial/residential developer and public/institutional clients throughout the world.
