Overview The person in this role will support the Digital Commerce team in driving PepsiCo product sales using digital tools, including e-commerce and retail media netowrk. Key responsibilities include managing the team’s budget (marketing and sales), co-creating shopper communication strategies, and analyzing data to generate insights that fuel the effective growth of the dCommerce channel. How do we work and what do we offer The most important benefits of this position: annual bonus, private healthcare, life insurance, Multisport, private pension plan, employee assistance program We work in a hybrid model (1 day from the office) Responsibilities • Preparing dashboards based on sell-in and sell-out data • Extracting clear and concise insights from data and sharing them with stakeholders • Support the development of retail media by optimizing and managing client budgets. • Oversee team budgets (A&M and CDA), issue purchase orders, and manage invoice settlements. • Co-create strategy for Perfect Store for e-Commerce, including focus on e-Grocery, Pure-Players and q-Commerce clients • Utilize digital tools to optimize PepsiCo's Perfect eStore operations (content quality, marketing descriptions, product availability). • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure best-in-class digital product content (hero Image, titles, rich content). • Monitor trends and digital activities of PepsiCo and competitors, sharing insights with stakeholders Qualifications The e-Commerce Coordinator should have: • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to support e-Commerce strategies. • PowerBI: Proficient in using PowerBI, including data consolidation and preparing presentations based on data analysis. (nice to have) •SAP, Mybuy (nice to have) • English and Polish language - fluent • MS Windows skills • Budget Management Expertise: Proficiency in managing budgets and verifying expenses, ensuring financial oversight in monthly cycles. • Familiarity with Online Tools and Sales Platform: Experience with online tools for tracking and monitoring, such as Brand Bank, Quantia, Google Analytics. • Collaboration and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for working closely with marketing teams, clients, and external partners to drive collaborative success. • Project and Process Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals. • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the media agency, data analysis or e-Commerce industry
