Speech Language Pathologist (PRN)

Description:

Provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient Speech Therapy services

Conducts comprehensive diagnostic evaluations

Develops appropriate treatment plans

Counsels patients and caregivers regarding cognitive-communicative/swallow disorder

Exhibits willingness and ability to learn and share pertinent information

Abide by all BHSI Policies and Procedures and ethical standards of practice

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility

Current and valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Kentucky or eligibility

Maintain Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

Maintain mandatory CEUs to practice in the state of Kentucky
