We’re seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our supportive, experienced SLP team on the day shift—with no weekends and only occasional holidays. This exciting role offers a diverse diagnostic and treatment caseload across inpatient and outpatient settings, serving individuals from ages 0 to 99. Ideal candidates have experience with dysphagia and Modified Barium Swallows; SLP certification/licensure is preferred.

In this role, there is opportunity to -
+ Provide individualized speech-language pathology evaluations and treatments to clients based on their specific needs and diagnoses.
+ Document accurate, timely progress notes and maintain professional records for all clients receiving speech-language services.
+ Coordinate evaluation, treatment, and scheduling of clients to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
+ Prepare detailed diagnostic and evaluative reports, including treatment recommendations for each client assessed.
+ Maintain compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and organizational standards, including licensure, CEUs, and certifications.
+ Participate in professional development activities, in-service trainings, and community education as assigned.
+ Adhere to organizational policies, including HIPAA, the Code of Conduct, and Corporate Compliance Program requirements.
+ Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude in all interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
+ MS, MEd or MA in Speech-Language Pathology
+ Knowledge and skills required to provide quality customer service
+ Knowledge of normal human growth and development over the lifespan
+ Able to read, understand, analyze, and interpret medical record documents
+ Skilled in planning/organization, follow up/control, delegation, problem solving, self-development orientation, organizational behaviors/competencies, and stress tolerance
+ Ability to apply principles of logic and strategic thinking to a wide range of problems, and to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to identify referral growth opportunities
+ Demonstrated ability to interact with healthcare team, coworkers, supervisors, and all members of the Corporate Management Team
+ Complete all mandatory competencies for system, CRS business unit and/or facility
+ Complete CRS Orientation, Facility-specific Orientation, and Department Specific Orientation(s) where appropriate
+ May in the course of their job duties be in rooms where medications are stored. No contact with medications is allowed.
Preferred
+ Active participation with health care industry professional organizations
**Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:**
CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competency) or meet the educational requirements for certification and be in the process of completing his or her Clinical Fellowship year. CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire. Speech Pathologists license required for state in which employee provides services.
