Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Speech Language Pathologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Morrisania, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice.  Located on 1225 Gerard Avenue in the Bronx, Gotham Health/Morrisania has been serving the South Bronx for over 45 years. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing coordinated world-class primary and specialty care with dignity and respect for all New Yorkers.

Opportunity Details:

Administer specialized age-appropriate testing and evaluations.  Provide appropriate therapy, as prescribed by the physician. Keep accurate records of patient’s progress, goals, and attendance. Make recommendations for home programs.  Attend clinics and team meetings, as necessary, and participate in departmental QI meetings. Provide periodic in-services to staff regarding speech pathology.
