This position organizes and conducts medically prescribed therapy programs using theory and skills from the Speech Pathology discipline to rehabilitate residents, patients, and clients toward improved functional capacity.

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree Speech Pathology as well as meeting all clinical affiliation requirements and passing national exam. Upon hire: Washington Speech Language Pathologist License  Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association  1 year Rehab, acute or long term setting.
