Speech-Language Pathologist will work in tandem with surgeons targeting pre-operative diagnostics, post-operative diagnostics and rehabilitation to help restore and improve speech, voice and swallowing following head and neck cancer.

Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of Michigan is necessaryCurrent licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of Michigan is necessary.ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence a warded by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA), or, eligibility to initiate a Clinical Fellowship, is required.Progressively complex experience with the assessment and treatment of speech, resonance, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.Previous experience with videofluoroscopic evaluation of swallowing is desirable.Previous experience with assessment/treatment of PDFM is desirable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Modes of WorkPositions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.
