We’re currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to cover an FMLA leave this 2024-2025 school year. This position is based in an Elementary school in Palos Park, Illinois. In this role, you’ll provide services to 35 preschool students with diverse speech and language needs. As part of the school team, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and district professionals to ensure every student receives the individualized support they need to succeed academically and socially. All breaks are fully paid!1:1 Support: Get personalized guidance from our Clinical Director, a certified and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist.Resource Access: Gain unlimited access to our resource bank, filled with thousands of tools for therapy success.Annual Stipend: Receive a stipend to purchase educational materials.Licensure Reimbursement: We cover 100% of your licensure and professional dues.Your Responsibilities:Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to preschool students in an Elementary School.Conduct evaluations to assess students’ speech and language needs.Collaborate with case managers to develop IEPs that align with students’ goals.Manage a 35 student caseload.Partner with teachers and staff to integrate strategies into the classroom.Track student progress by observing, collecting data, and adjusting therapy plans as needed.Regularly communicate with families, providing progress updates and at-home strategies.Take on other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Eligible for ISBE and IDFPR licensure in Illinois.Eligibility for a Professional Educator License (PEL).

Pay & Benefits:

The pay range for this position is 54,000-66,000K annually, based on qualifications and experience.Paid Time Off starts at 6 days and is prorated based on the start date.Employees who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for the full-time employee benefits offered by AnthroMed.Benefits begin the first of the month after start date.
