This clinician will provide in-person direct services and progress reports for a blended caseload of K-5 students. Job Description:
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a partner school for elementary school students. We are seeking a hardworking individual to join our speech therapy team on a full-time basis for the 2024-2025 school year. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing speech, language, and communication services to address communication disorders.  

Additional responsibilities will include;Provide high-quality direct speech-language therapy services to students according to the students’ IEPsConduct assessments, translate, and analyze assessment results, and develop reports to determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skillsUse professional literature, evidence-based research, and continuing education to make practice decisionsCreate a learning environment characterized by effective and efficient process management strategies (procedures, instructional groups, transition materials)Develop treatment plans, in conjunction with instructional staff, that are strength-based, as well as child and family-centered for overall educational improvementEnsure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery are aligned with school, state, and federal guidelinesAssist and guide teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disorders
Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:School-based and/or pediatric experience working with all agesMaster's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication DisordersA valid DE SLP license from the Delaware Division of Professional RegulationClinical Fellows are welcome to apply!
