Professional Development & Support + Yearly Materials Stipend : $300 for educational and therapy resources. + Licensure Reimbursement : Covers state and ASHA licensure fees. + Professional Growth : Access to live professional development and your choice between a SpeechPathology.com or The Informed SLP subscription.  About the role: + Assesses students' speech-language abilities and develops treatment plans. + Delivers direct speech-language therapy services aligned with IEPs. + Develops goals and conducts assessments in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills. + Prior knowledge of AAC modalities and implementation techniques. + Passion for supporting complex communicators and flexibility in your approach. + Willingness to collaborate and engage with all key stakeholders including colleagues, school administration, and caregivers. + Ensures that evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery strictly adhere to school, state, and federal guidelines. + Embraces additional responsibilities that contribute to our collective mission. Qualifications: + Previous experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings is preferred. + A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. + Have CCCs or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) through ASHA. + A valid Maryland SLP license from the Maryland Board of Speech-Language Pathologists.
