Responsibilities To evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties. Develop and implement effective treatment plans and provide counseling to patients and their families. Establish patient expectations understanding and goals of care. Create accurate documentation and reporting, as well as delegation of duties, as appropriate to support personnel. Maintain communication with staff and outside agencies as per state guidelines. Refer patients to other specialists as appropriate. Qualifications Job Requirements: Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology. 1 year experience. Licensed in the State of New Jersey as a Speech and Language Pathologist. Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (ARC) Preferred Job Requirements: 2 years experience. Experience with Electronic Health Records a plus
