This is a per diem position located in Ontario, CA
The speech-language pathologist is responsible for implementation of standards of care for speech language pathology services and builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individual and families within their homes and communities.

SLP Home Health requirements:1. Is certified to practice Speech-Language Pathology.2. A minimum of one year's clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology.3. Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology, granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).4. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Preferred Qualifications:1.
