About the Role: Join our dedicated team at SHNH as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, providing assessment and treatment for school-aged children with developmental and acquired disorders. Collaborate with families, staff, and stakeholders to enhance student outcomes through comprehensive speech-language services.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs.Document and report student performance.Assist in student assessments.Use best practice approaches in therapy.Maintain professional and ethical standards.Collaborate on an interdisciplinary team.Prepare communication materials and therapy resources.Participate in program planning and in-service training.Develop supportive relationships with students’ families.Maintain confidential records and comply with regulations.Engage in professional development and system improvements.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

Adhere to ASHA Code of Ethics and NH regulations.Complete required training and certifications.Support Seven Hills Foundation’s mission and core values.Ensure data confidentiality and safety.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s degree or higher in speech-language pathology or related field.NH Speech Language Pathology Assistant license or eligibility.Proficiency in computer literacy and EHRs.Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of human rights and individualized treatment planning.Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
