Evaluates and treats patient populations for swallowing, speech-language and therapy needs. Provides education regarding prevention and treatment of injury and disease to patients and to the community. Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, treatment options and care appropriate to the ages of the patients served. Reports to: Mgr - Rehab Svs FLSA: Exempt Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
