As a Speech-language Pathologist (SLP) at Crozer Keystone Home Health Care, you will be assessing and providing skilled treatment to our clients' primarily ranging from adult to older adult /geriatric population.

Although you will function as an independent practitioner within your client's home environment ,you will be a part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team and supporting the Crozer Health Systems' mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.

Requirements:

Master's Degree or higher in Speech-language Pathology from an accredited institution.

ASHA Certification (CCC's)

Active PA SLP state license

Active  Drivers License ,with active auto insurance

Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills

Strongly recommend three (3) years or more experience in a rehabilitation setting working on speech language,cognition and feeding/swallowing deficits .
