Performs consults as indicated from database collection. + Analyzes the assessment data to determine course of treatment + Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or situation + The patient's Plan of Care is developed to attain expected outcomes + Implements the identified plan + Evaluates progress toward attainment of expected outcomes **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:** **Minimum qualifications** : + Master's degree in any Speech Therapy field + Current State of Florida license in Speech Pathology + Certificate of Clinical Competence via American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) + BLS Certified + Tracheostomy experience **Preferred qualifications:** + Two years of clinical experience with a varied patient population This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
