Speech Pathologist

Will consider 24-32 hours/week, two evenings/week, Sat hours can be a part of the schedule

 

Statement of Purpose:


Recently expanded pediatric program within a multidisciplinary clinic is seeking a dynamic speech therapist to join our team!

 

Organizes and conducts medically prescribed speech therapy programs in the hospital to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part; helps patient reach his maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities. 

 

Primarily pediatric caseload, but opportunity for adult patient exposure. Mentoring as well as Clinical Ladder opportunities available.

Qualifications:

 

Education:  Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certification / License:  MA SLP License required -  ASHA Certification required - current CPR skills

Experience: At least 3 years of varied, progressively responsible experience, Experience, exposure or interest in Pediatric Feeding required.
