Also evaluates premorbid level of functioning. This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement / Patient Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital. JOB QUALIFICATIONS + Education/Training/Experience: + REQUIRED: + Graduate of a Masters level accredited School of Speech Language Pathology. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Completed or eligible to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) + License/Certifications/Special Requirements: + Possesses current Illinois State License or confirmation from Illinois Department of Professional Regulation License that licensure is in process or eligible for CFY. + Possesses drivers license and evidence of automobile insurance. + Obtains/maintains Missouri licensure as required. + Pay Status: + NON-EXEMPT HOURLY EEO Statement: Blessing Health System provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
