Evaluates and treats patient populations for swallowing, speech-language and therapy needs. Reports to: Director - Rehab Services or Director - IRU Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Drag Edit Delete Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. Drag Edit Delete Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress. Drag Edit Delete Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services. Drag Edit Delete Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel. *Minimum Education* Master's degree in Speech Pathology - Required Drag Edit Delete *Required Skills* Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
