Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress. Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services. Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel. *Minimum Education* Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Master's Degree in Communications Disorders. Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or must have passed the national exam and be in the process of completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) *Minimum Work Experience* Minimum of three (3) years experience as a clinician in an inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation program. *Required Skills* Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
