Our full-time employees enjoy a robust benefits package which may include health insurance, 401(k), flexible scheduling, **licensure/certification reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and student loan assistance for eligible roles.** **Requirements:** + Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or its equivalent from an accredited academic institution is **required** . + Licensed speech language pathologist in the State of Pennsylvania **required** . + BLS **required** and must be completed prior to end of orientation period. **About the Job:** + Provide patient care, consultative and educational speech therapy services. + Collaborate with an interdisciplinary health care team to improve patient outcomes. + Evaluate, administer, and document speech therapy services provided as prescribed by the referring practitioner; establish speech therapy plan of care and goals; re-assess patient’s progress at appropriate time frames; complete documentation supporting the need for speech therapy services. + Preference for dealing directly with the therapeutic needs of handicapped individuals and for physical activity. + Teach/instruct; clerical accuracy; accuracy of prescriptions and procedures; manual and finger dexterity and motor coordination; interpersonal skills; analytical and problems solving skills; treatment and discharge planning; safety conscious; effective communicator. **We know it’s not just about finding a job.
