Qualifications

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree in OT or PT. Master’s Degree in SLP.
 

Minimum Experience

Required - none. Desired – One year or more.
 

Licensure

Licensed by Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance.
 

Certifications

Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or documentation that you are in the process of completing CCC, in the case of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP.

Summary

The Staff Therapist shall demonstrate the clinical ability to evaluate patients’ functional status, plan, implement and document individual therapeutic programs. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
