Overview Have a passion for skis and snowboards? Come be a part of the country's only race and equipment tuning partnership between a resort and college prep academy! Speedworks is located at Gould Academy's Performance Center just 5 miles from Sunday River Resort, on-campus in Bethel, Maine. We're hiring part-time technicians to provide exceptional guest service to full-time Gould Academy on-snow athletes, coaches, faculty, and parents. Speedworks Technicians oversee ongoing race equipment orders, equipment maintenance, and repair for alpine skis, Nordic skis, and snowboards. Responsibilities Tune equipment with consistent perfection Fit competitive skiers and snowboarders into the proper equipment Ensure that athletes are always well-equipped to ski/board Maintain knowledge of current race products and tuning trends Comply with guest payment policies and procedures Organize and track supply inventory Open and close a point-of-sale system Track and file paperwork Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old We are willing to train the right candidate! Compensation & Benefits Wage ranges from $15 - $8 per hour, depending on experience Team Member Perks include: Season Pass, resort discounts, and access to other Boyne Resorts amenities.
