An exciting opportunity to join the Spend Enablement Marketing Team has opened within the International Card Services, UK Performance Marketing team.
This role is responsible for driving Cardmember spend by developing and executing marketing campaigns for tenured Cardmembers and launching new Merchant initiatives in collaboration with our Global Merchant Services team. Additionally, the role will lead performance measurement across the Spend Enablement team to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.

The ideal candidate will design and deliver best-in-class communication experiences across a variety of internal and external marketing channels, leveraging data insights to drive meaningful engagement with our Cardmember audience. They will be highly analytical, passionate about measuring results, and adept at collaborating with colleagues to define and articulate commercial success.
Responsibilities
Execute and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to tenured Cardmembers, which stimulate spend in specific spend categories and drive Amex share of wallet Drive Cardmember spend and value through Amex Offers, ensuring optimal use of budget with KPI's in mind Partner with the Global Merchant Services team to launch new merchant signings, as well as identifying and supporting other merchant opportunities Work directly with creative and media agencies to develop cardmember campaigns, ensuring communications are consistent, within the brand guidelines and utilising best practise Ownership and ongoing management of specific project budgets Lead Spend Enablement data and analytics, utilising existing data sources to identify spend growth opportunities, whilst partnering with Analytics on data improvements/bespoke request Create monthly team marketing performance reports, illustrating the KPI impact of campaigns across the team Provide regular updates to enterprise partners and senior stakeholders, articulating team progress and performance vs KPIsMinimum Qualifications
Previous experience executing marketing communications across channels including email, web, paid and social – with a track record of innovation Ability to use data to inform customer targeting, and hands-on experience with execution tools Experience in financial services and understanding of Amex Cardmember needs Curiosity to understand customer perspectives, and passion to put the customer first when decision-making Experience of working with and managing third-party agencies, driving value and quality Ability to build strong enterprise relationships and collaboration to drive mutual business outcomes in a matrix environment Comfortable identifying and manipulating data sources, using insight to set objectives, track performance and articulate marketing impact Confident to provide regular progress and KPI updates to senior stakeholders across the organisationWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
