Position Summary Instructs Power Cycle (spin) classes, taking into consideration varying abilities of the clientele while providing continual observation and direction to ensure a safe exercise area. Primary Position Responsibilities 1. Recognizes a safe environment and the safe execution of activities being performed is the priority for all members and guests. 2. Dedication to customer service by promoting a friendly atmosphere and keeping all members engaged. 3. Recognizes good communication and keeping all well-informed is the key to smooth operations. 4. Recognizes consistency in programming and instructor dependability is important for member satisfaction and retention. Certification from accredited agency for Spin/Cycle Instruction Preferred: Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: None Preferred: 1-2 years of prior group exercise instruction experience License, Registry or Certification: Required: ? CPR/AED certification (or must be completed within 60 days of hire) ? Certification from accredited agency for Spin/Cycle Instruction Preferred: Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
