Beautiful Upstate NY hospital seeks a full-time hospital- employed Spinal Surgeon to join our busy team of experienced physicians, surgeons and advanced practitioners. Responsibilities include the following: Hiring Range: $751,448 - $961,832 + Provide comprehensive spine related orthopedic care to patients. + Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. + Collaborate and consult with other medical and non-medical personnel. + Effectively monitor patients progress throughout treatment plan and care and provide continuous improvement on patient outcomes. + Educate patients on the importance of treatment plans and communicate side effects and risk of medications prescribed. + Educate patients on disease prevention and orthopedic spinal health. + Demonstrate effective and detailed documentation skills. + Conduct routine check-up appointments and maintain follow up throughout patients’ care. + Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication with patients. + Able to multitask and manage assigned projects and tasks as directed. + Participate in on-call rotation as required.
