The Spine Specialist will: + Represent and cover Spine surgical cases professionally, efficiently and effectively. + Succinctly articulate the proper use of surgical instruments and implants to surgeons, nurses, and sales representatives. + Process instrument sets and paperwork efficiently and promptly + Maintain a high and increasing knowledge of our instruments, implants, surgical techniques, and procedures. + Keep Sales Representative(s) and Regional Manager informed of territory happenings and progress on a regular basis. + Remains informed of new products and other general information of interest to customers; monitors and gathers information on competitive activity. + Manage and maintain inventory. + Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed. + Assist in execution of Local, Regional and National Medical Education events.   _What You Need_ **Required:** + High School Diploma or equivalent **Preferred:** + Bachelor’s Degree + Surgical Technologist certificate or nursing degree + 3+ years’ experience in a clinical and/or operating room environment **Additional Information **   + This position requires the handling of instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids.
