Job Purpose:
To perform a range of tasks across multiple process areas with minimal supervision, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely while maintaining product quality and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate equipment in more than one process area, including basic troubleshooting as needed. Monitor and control processes using DCS systems, ensuring parameters are met and product quality is maintained. Take corrective actions to address any deviations in process performance. Provide support during emergency situations, adhering to standard procedures and instructions. Comply with relevant quality and HSE procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Observe and report unsafe or safe acts in a timely manner. Train and guide operators or technicians to achieve performance standards. Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma-level education or equivalent certification. At least 4 years of experience in a similar role with a diploma or high school certificate. Skills and Competencies:
