Spirits Sales Merchandiser
Join the # 1 Beer distributor delivering beverages to your local stores and restaurants! Schedule: Full Time - 5 days per week Shifts: Start times as early as 5am – 7am Pay: $23 per hour + Overtime with opportunities for annual increases Independent and field-based hybrid position supporting our merchandising, reset, and sales team throughout the Fresno/Visalia territory Additional Perks Monthly car and mileage reimbursement Medical, Dental, and Vision plan options 401K with a company match Paid Training with several development opportunities to nurture your career growth Tuition Reimbursement, Wellness programs, Paid time off Position Responsibilities: Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along your route Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck Lead/Participate in both chain and independent resets to ensure stores are reset to the mandated schematic by physically moving and organizing the placement of product within the store as outlined in the schematic drawn Conduct relief sales for the sales department as needed Take inventory and input customer orders using handheld devices Maintain proper inventories and product freshness in all assigned accounts Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Must be at least 21 years old High School Diploma or General Education Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree Equal Opportunity Employee & Physical Demands Reyes Holdings and its businesses are equal opportunity employers.
