Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as the Spirit Store Manager. This is a full-time position that requires variable scheduling between store operating hours.

As a Campus Bookstore manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the retail experience for students, faculty, and alumni at our campus spirit store. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver superior customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities As campus bookstore manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the retail experience for students, faculty, and alumni at our campus stores. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver superior customer service, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and valued during their visit. You will support store leaders in various aspects of retail operations, contributing to the overall success and optimal performance of the store. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Operate Point of Sale systems efficiently, processing transactions accurately and securely. Assist with course material stocking, general merchandise displays, and order fulfillment. Communicate product knowledge to customers, providing recommendations and solutions. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards Operate Point of Sale systems efficiently, processing transactions accurately and securely Assist with course material stocking, general merchandise displays, and order fulfillment Communicate product knowledge to customers, providing recommendations and solutions Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 4 hours, and lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Wilberforce University
