We're seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead our Business Continuity Management initiatives in R&C About the Role: As the Program Manager for Business Continuity Management, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our organization's resilience in the face of disruptions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to develop, implement, and maintain robust business continuity plans. Key job responsibilities • Spearhead RCO's Business Continuity strategy, focusing on effective response and recovery capabilities aligned with key metrics (RTO, RPO) • Develop and implement comprehensive business continuity plans across RCO work types, functions, sites, and entities • Collaborate with WFM, GPSS, Operations, and Leadership to design and implement business recovery strategies whilst eliminating SPOFs • Conduct thorough Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and formulate exit strategies • Orchestrate regular tabletop training and exercises to prepare RCO for disruptions of varying severity • Leverage insights from drills, exercises, and real events to continuously improve our continuity programs • Manage and update all RCO business continuity documentation, ensuring stakeholder alignment • Maintain clear communication on plan changes and dependencies with partners Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Proven track record in defining program requirements and using data-driven improvements - Exceptional communication skills with ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders - Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and process improvement experience - Good time management, multitasking abilities, and meticulous attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Visio Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, or risk/loss prevention - 3+ years of experience in Operational Resilience or related disciplines Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
