Due to our continued growth in the Heavy Lift Team, we are seeking experienced Self-Propelled Transporter (SPMT) Technician to join our team on a FIFO or regional residential Arrangement.  As an experienced SPMT Technician you will be responsible for the assembly, configuration, operation and mechanical maintenance of Self-Propelled Modular Transporters (SPMT's) and specialized lifting equipment.

What you will bring:

Minimum of 3 years Supervision experience within Heavy Lift/Heavy Haul scopes, ideally in a construction project environmentPrevious experience in SPMT Operation (Cometto experience would be advantageous)
Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems on SPMT's & specialised heavy lift equipment
Ability to plan large transport operations (involving RoRo) and interpret technical/engineering documents relevant to transport operations in line with site procedures and site hazards.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Experience in delivering safe and reliable service solutions while focusing on client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proof of right to work in Australia.
