Job Description

In this role the main activities will be the follwing : 

1. System Integration and Ownership:

Take full ownership of assigned systems within projects, ensuring their design, functionality, and performance meet specified requirements.Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related decisions, acting as a liaison between technical teams and project stakeholders.

2. Project Management:

Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables associated with the system.Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.Drive adherence to project processes, standards, and guidelines.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to align system specifications with overall project goals.Facilitate communication and decision-making between internal teams and external partners or suppliers.

4. Technical Leadership:

Lead the technical development of systems, ensuring they are designed and integrated in compliance with organizational and industry standards.Provide technical expertise to resolve complex challenges and optimize system performance.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive documentation for all aspects of system development and integration.Regularly report project status, system performance, and potential risks to senior leadership.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you should have the following set of skills : 

1. Technical Knowledge:

Strong expertise in system design ( 3+ years of experiance ) development, and integration within the relevant domain.Familiarity with applicable technical standards and industry best practices.

2. Project Management Skills:

Proficient in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.Expertise in risk management, timeline adherence, and resource allocation.

3. Communication and Leadership:

Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.Ability to lead teams, drive collaboration, and influence decisions across the organization.

4. Analytical Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical and logistical challenges.Capability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize system performance.
