Job Description: 

We’re looking for a Sponsor Contribution Senior Processor to join our team at MBPS.

Key Responsibilities: 

Provide high quality service to our internal and external clients through accurate and timely fulfillment of requests Act as a key liaison for CDN Group Retirement Solutions - SLX with respect to electronic client files; attend meetings to share information internally and with clients; gather, document and analyze client data to facilitate successful electronic data uploads Confidently load and report on member data on various administrative systems Provide expertise on related systems and procedures, file specifications, automatic file translators and manual updating Participate in troubleshooting and problem analysis in resolving client issues Collaborate effectively with internal partners to achieve positive results and client satisfaction Accountable for initial investigation of issues and co-ordination of efforts through to final resolution Manage workload effectively with the ability to organize and prioritize in order to ensure a high level of customer service at all times Meet and exceed established service levels Liaise with the IS team on data/system issues and provide testing support Seek out opportunities to drive process improvements to gain efficiencies and best practices Acts as a role model to support key Manulife behaviors – we work as one, we question and innovate, and we own our future Takes proactive approach to act on ideas and opportunities before being asked. Commits to a course of action in the face of risks and uncertainty and takes personal responsibility for making decisions or engaging resources

Qualifications: 

College/University graduate preferably with previous related work experience in the financial services or call center industry and demonstrated service aptitude Previous experience with Group Retirement Services (Canada Retirement) and associated products and MPS systems (MPS, AWD) is an asset Amenability to work on shifting schedulesAmenability to work in U.P. Ayala Land Technohub, Quezon City Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)

Nice to haves: 

Candidate must not have any attendance issues or subjected to any disciplinary actions in the past twelve (12) months Relevant experience in a fast-paced customer-centric environment Confidence and professionalism in interactions with internal and external customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to responsibly manage sensitive information Proven experience with MS Office; with an intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Excel  Experience in a technical role; preferably related to review, loading and/or manipulation of large data files, often requiring deep analysis and problem solving Previous experience with Group Retirement Services (Canada Retirement) and associated products and MPS systems (MPS, AWD) is an asset
