Job title: Sponsor Engagement and Local Program Manager

The purpose of the position is to manage the local program implementation and leading all sponsorship & community based initiatives by direct supervision to the local program staff. Effective local programs design, outcomes and outputs is expected to be achieved. Position has another crucial role to provide for the National Resource Development Department in data driven decision making ensuring timely and high quality processing, tracking, recording, reporting and analyses of program activities and donor engagement to assure quality-marketing, donor / sponsor retention and customer support and as well as to provide planning, budgeting and monitoring local programs and reporting to the team. The lead is expected to maintain long-term partnership with sponsors/donors with strong and continuous relationship with key stakeholders and increase regular payment/payment performance from donors/sponsors through assuring the donor satisfaction.
• Advise, approve and evaluate Local Programs budgets, operations funding, expenditures, and accomplishment of ministry objectives in financially sustainable ways
• Ensure Quality and effectiveness standards including operational, sponsorship, financial, and audit minimum standards, and identify risks and risk mitigation plans for Local programs in innovative and efficient manners
• Manage and ensure that Local programs’ interventions have a strong evidence base and that all activities are in line with partnership and humanitarian industry standards
• Ensuring client satisfaction by providing timely, quality, and accountable technical services to programs
• Ensure that frontline staff has sufficient support and a sound understanding of the program logic related to WVIM strategic objectives.
• Maintain a good understanding of poverty and development in Mongolia; strengthen the team to seek emerging successes, learn of best practices, and innovative examples, and build relationships to reinforce World Vision’s vision, mission, and core values.
• Assure proper integration and team synergy between Integrated Programs teams, sector specialists/advisors, Area programs in some provinces and districts, and other functions.
• Provide market assessment, data analysis, and processing for the marketing plan and sponsor/donor management and leverage the data for marketing and sales forecast and ROI calculation.
• Analyze in detail the data collected to provide management with thorough reports and results.
• Develop monthly marketing reports with key metrics and KPIs and quarterly bulletin reports for data-driven decision-making for leadership and APAC.
• Conduct surveys and data collection for identifying marketing strategy and donor/sponsor management strategy.
• Updates and ensures vital metrics are included, such as income and cost variances, fulfillment rate, collectible pledges, and retention rate.
• Bring the solution to payment automation and its sustainable operation.
• Provide support in all types of donation processing to ensure pledge collection is integrated with all marketing campaigns and properly coded in the system/s.
• Maintain sponsor/donor management on SIMMA. web CRM database of sponsors and in development of guidelines to improve, and simplify work processes.
• Develop marketing communication collaterals related to sponsor / donor management
• Network, build and manage relationships with individuals and groups who are current sponsors on a continuous basis through letters, emails, newsletters, telephone calls, social media, website, and other channels.
• Intentionally build relationships externally and within the organization and manage effective partnerships with key stakeholders to increase marketing and program effectiveness.
• Monitoring and reporting of Local Programs and projects using partnership-suggested tools
• Appropriate estimation, allocation, coordination, and budgeting of local resources
• Analyze problems of MVC and community along with Local Program staff and develop effective and efficient plans to bring maximum and sustainable impact.
• Conduct partnership-required assessments
• Ensures compliance with WVI Programming, Finance Manual, and donor or partner requirements.
