CBC offers: Competitive pay Paid training Support from a team of experienced professionals Responsibilities Teaching skills to promote independence Supporting community inclusion and integration Assisting with daily living needs Mentoring individuals to help build social skills and relationships Providing guidance and support in daily activities Attending appointments to promote health and well-being, to include but not limited to team meetings, medical and dental appointments Adhering to medication management standards to include administration of medication and documenting on the medication administration record Providing adequate living space for the person living in the AFL home, to include bedroom and bathroom Work Schedule: The SRP provider supports the individual or individuals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the provider's home, unless the individuals involved in day programs or has been approved to receive respite or visit with natural support. Qualifications 18 years of age or older High School diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license You might be driving to client's home or with client, so a reliable form of transportation Background check for all members in the household who are 16 years and older This is where we need you!
