Summary of Position
The Sponsorship and Media Marketing Manager leads and executes sponsorship marketing strategies and digital media initiatives for the underwriting group within WRTI's Philanthropy unit. This role combines expertise in sponsorship marketing with innovative digital media management to increase ROI, drive audience engagement, and support WRTI’s mission to champion music as a vital cultural resource. The manager works independently to develop and execute strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of sponsorship and digital media campaigns at the direction of the Senior Director of Philanthropy and Development and in collaboration with the Business Development and Client Relations Manager.
Required Education & Experience\:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
* A minimum of 4 years of directly related experience
* An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
Required skills and abilities\:
* Proven experience in sponsorship marketing, digital media strategy, or related roles.
* Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, campaign analytics, and reporting tools.
* Demonstrated experience promoting brand awareness using various marketing and communication methods including broadcast, e-marketing, and print.
* Proficiency in CRM tools, traffic systems, and marketing software.
* Proficiency in Microsoft office/G Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, website content management software, marketing platforms, and media analytics.
Preferred\:
* 5 years of directly related experience.
* Knowledge of the Philadelphia Market.
* Experience in non-profit and/or public media organizations.
* Familiarity with cultural arts organizations.
