The Ford Performance Sponsorship Manager will serve as a thought partner to Ford Performance leadership and key stakeholders – identifying new sponsorship opportunities for the broader Ford Performance business and brand. You will be responsible for the development of leads and tracking your contribution to the Motorsports business. You will prioritize new opportunities as they develop and will be responsible for onboarding and managing key strategic partnerships and sponsors.
This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days onsite in Allen Park, MI.

Partnership Management: You will be responsible for the development of leads, tracking your contribution to the motorsports business, as well as the onboarding and management of key strategic partners and sponsors.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategy to promote Ford Performance Series and lifestyle brand to engage a broad portfolio of strategic partners and sponsors.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze potential industries, segments, and companies for engagement.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Ford Performance Marketing Managers and Agency Partners to ensure cohesive strategy and coverage across various racing series.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and support for sponsorship initiatives.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
