JOB POSITION:      Sport Support Specialist

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Sport support specialist, you will be providing support to our Sport Accounts and will manage orders, logistics and supply chain. You will be acting as the main contact between planning, logistics and the customer, and will be responsible for always providing exceptional customer support to your external and internal stakeholders.

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

 

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support to your designated accounts for any queries and order support Support the Sales Representatives with customer orders, general support, and account management Manage orders from order entry to delivery to the client’s designated place Liaise with other internal and external teams to ensure orders and shipments can be delivered on time and to client specifications Prepare reports, e.g. on open portfolio Ensure customer data is kept updated and teams are notified of changes to details/processes Attend events or meetings with clients to support the business in the office or abroad Work as part of the Operations team to support your team members and colleagues Report and action any account/order discrepancies, e.g. discounts, credits, missing products Support setting up and managing EDI flows with clients Support business and team lead on departmental projects

Basic to Intermediate Excel skills Excellent written and spoken communication skills Works well as part of a team and is willing to help their colleagues Able to take initiative and be accountable Is well organised and able to manage their own time Adapts well to change Basic Word and PowerPoint skills Customer service experience

 

DESIRABLE :

SAP knowledge

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

The ideal candidate is someone that can take ownership of their accounts and tasks, and that works with the commercial team to deliver our products at the right time to our clients.

 

They should be able to adapt to changes and unexpected situations in order to find the right solutions to the client and the business.

 

They would be someone that is eager to learn and provide exceptional support to not only their clients, but to also to their internal stakeholders.
