Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Sports Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Sports Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing state-of-the-art sports facilities that meet the highest standards of functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

Conceptualize and design sports facilities, including stadiums, arenas, training centers, and recreational complexesCollaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive design solutionsCreate detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using CAD softwareEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sports-specific standardsDevelop sustainable design strategies to minimize environmental impact and optimize energy efficiencyManage projects from concept to completion, including budget oversight and timeline adherencePresent design concepts and progress updates to clients and project teamsStay updated on the latest trends and innovations in sports architecture and sustainable design

QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureProfessional architecture licenseMinimum 15 years of experience in sports architecture or related fieldProven experience with large-scale sports facility projectsProficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling toolsStrong understanding of sports facility regulations and standardsExcellent project management skillsOutstanding communication and presentation abilitiesKnowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification (preferred)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentCreative problem-solving skills and attention to detailWillingness to travel as required for project site visits and client meetings
