Purpose:
Plan, build, and manage the country Sports Marketing portfolio of individual athletes, clubs, associations and (potentially) Culture partners, supporting brand and category objectives.
Ensure positive development of adidas brand image in the country, developing and driving a strategy with a sustainable and profitable business plan (ROI) that supports brand priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create the country Sports Marketing plan in alignment with the Global & EM Sports Marketing strategy (all categories along with Sports Marketing Category Managers in BUs), including activation and rights to deliver the brands KPI´s
Assist to identify, assess, secure and maintain industry best portfolio of talent that reflects our Brand positioning.
Deliver industry leading partner activations to drive awareness of our partnerships and brand/product heat.
Create & deliver partner activation calendars supporting key brand moments, leveraging our brand partners to deliver brand & product storytelling.
Manage Sports Partner seeding program to deliver optimal outcomes for our brand in Israel. This includes seasonal product ordering, creation of seeding lists, prioritisation of partners, timely delivery of data, tracking and reporting.
Manage the amplification of our brand partners through campaign activity including the facilitation of Partner publishing briefs.
Review the effectiveness of our brand partner activity via Partner publishing tracking, analysis & reporting for campaign activations.
Track entitlement utilisation to ensure we are maximising benefits and driving ROI through our partnerships.
Owns manage, and allocate marketing working budget in conjunction with the Israel Brand team to deliver the brand strategy.
Relationships & Servicing
Deliver industry best service to our partners. Maintain necessary contact with key industry personnel to achieve the objectives of the Brand. Act as liaison between brand partners and adidas internal departments, including brand activation, omni-channel PR/newsroom and sales.
Operations
Ensure all Sports Marketing contract negotiations and operations comply with the Global Sports Marketing Policy and are in line with local legal and budget guidelines. Deliver all brand partner reporting OTIF.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Manager with strong interpersonal, influencing skills and deep sports marketing knowledge. Sports Marketing experience with strong industry knowledge and established industry contacts. Proven methodological skills (e.g. Business planning, strategic development). Strong negotiation skills and contract negotiating experience.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors in related field Minimum 3 years equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sports Marketing, Influencer Marketing or Global Brand Enviorment Advanced user of MS Office suite of products Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
