1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for sports teams, academies, events, and sports complexes.
• Drive fan engagement through innovative campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize reach and impact.
2. Brand Building:
• Strengthen and grow the brand presence of Gujarat Giants, Gulf Giants, Adani Ahmedabad Marathon, and other IPs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Create impactful narratives that position Adani Sportsline as a leader in the sports industry.
3. Public Relations & Media Management:
• Build and nurture relationships with media outlets to ensure positive coverage.
• Oversee PR campaigns and manage crisis communication if needed.
• Organize press conferences, media interactions, and other PR activities.
4. Agency Management:
• Liaise with creative, media, and digital agencies to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Review and approve agency work, including ad campaigns, content, and creative assets.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including team owners, sponsors, and event partners.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with the vision and goals of Adani Sportsline.
6. Event Promotion & Support:
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for events like the Adani Ahmedabad Marathon.
• Ensure maximum visibility and participation for all events and initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 5-6 years of experience in sports marketing, preferably managing multiple sports properties or events.
• Proven track record in brand building, PR, and marketing strategy development.
• Strong understanding of the sports industry, fan engagement, and digital marketing trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing agencies and working with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
