Purpose of the role:
Ensure and manage execution of Sports Marketing activities to create positive brand image and sustainable and profitable business through an adequate portfolio of individual athletes, clubs and associations, ensure the SpoMa strategic plan.
What you'll do:
Establish and manage a brand-relevant local asset portfolio to support sport marketing activation plans in accordance with EU / Brand Activation Budget Management Negotiate directly with the Partners with full compliance to the official official company gudelines Manage all Partner-related day-to-day business Provide athletes qualitative service to ensure the Brand images are represented well Monitor and report on category local opportunities and trends to provide relevant sports marketing activities. Plan and engage all sports marketing athletes so that they showcase the seasonal key concepts to maximise product sales. Track and monitor Partners performance results and reflect them into marketing plans to maximize future activation opportunities. Support and collaborate with Omni-channel marketing team for store activation. Continually monitor performance and share best practices.
Skills you'll need:
Very strong interpersonal skills (e.g. communication, negotiation) Proven methodological skills (e.g. business planning, strategic development) High degree of commercial knowledge and business acumen Mental flexibility, initiative and determination Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Skills and abilities in other languages are beneficial
Requirements:
Experience in the sporting goods industry Ideal cross-functional experience with marketing/sales/finance/operations
