The Saint Alphonsus Sports Medicine Program is now hiring a seasonal Sports Outreach Event Rep to join our AMAZING Sports Medicine team!
Position Summary & HighlightsWe are seeking a motivated and self-directed individual to attend community sporting events on the weekends to help market and promote Saint Alphonsus Sports Medicine and other services.
This role will represent the Saint Alphonsus Sports Medicine program and will manage an on-site tent where you are building customer relationships by answer questions from the community and sharing information about our services.
Reliability, professionalism, and a high level of customer service are essential to succeed in this role.
What You Will Do:Represent the organization at the Meridian PALS soccer, football, and baseball games and other community events, internal programs, and health fairs.
Manage the setup and takedown of onsite presentations, including tables, tents, and marketing materials.
Maintain and manage Sports Medicine marketing and support materials during event coverage.
Establish and maintain relationships with targeted customers to enhance business growth.
Analyze customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information to inform marketing strategies.
Track the effectiveness of marketing activities, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
Regularly review and report on marketing activities and results to provide insights and recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications:We are looking for individuals that are able to:Work both independently and collaboratively
Be self-directed with time management and organizational and planning skills
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Build relationships, understand needs and demonstrate the highest level of customer service
Be reliable and dependable with all aspects of position including transportation
Have basic computer skills, ability to use various office programs and equipment (Microsoft office, printer, fax, email, etc.)
Work Schedule:This is a season position and works in the fall and spring seasons.
Fall Season is September to November and events will be Friday evenings, around 6:00pm - 8:00pm and Saturdays, 10:00am - 4:00pm
Work Location:The Meridian PALS programs take place at Settler's Park and Heroes Park in Meridian.
