We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our Sports Staff team to ensure our guests enjoy an active and fun-filled journey.

Responsibilities:
Organize and lead sports activities such as basketball, volleyball, soccer, and fitness classes. Provide instruction and guidance to guests of all ages and skill levels. Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during all sports activities. Maintain and manage sports equipment and facilities. Promote sports events and encourage guest participation. Assist in the organization of tournaments, competitions, and themed sports events. Collaborate with other departments to create a cohesive and engaging guest experience. Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns. Qualifications:
Previous experience in sports instruction, coaching, or related fields. Strong knowledge of various sports and fitness activities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to engage and motivate guests. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. STCW and C1/D Visa or ability to obtain What We Offer:
