Description:

We are seeking an experienced Spray Foam Insulation Foreman to join our team in Sioux City! This role involves a mix of office and field work, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

 

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of spray foam insulation technicians. Plan and coordinate daily works schedules and project timelines. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Perform spray foam insulation tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Assist in training and mentoring new employees.

Hours:

7am - 5pm

Work Environment:

Split between office and field work. Office work includes planning, scheduling, and documentation. Field work involves on-site supervision, inspections, and hands-on insulation tasks. Exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands of construction sites.

Skills:

Extensive experience with spray foam insulation techniques and equipment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management and scheduling. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $48.00/hr.
