Are you a seasoned Spray Technician? Come join our growing team, starting at $22.00 - $25.00 an hour, based on your experience. You must have a state license for pesticide application and minimum of 2 years of experience. You will lead other employees who support in spot spraying our customers properties. Spray Technician/applicator, you are responsible for properly mixing and applying herbicides, fungicides, or insecticides to trees, lawns, shrubs, and fertilizer.
To be successful here, you would be a self-motivated, organized, able to manage a schedule and timelines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and can effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Requirements:Valid Drivers LicenseRequired to have a State License for Pesticide Application. We are looking for a partner who has their license and experience managing a portfolio of properties. You will be responsible for mixing chemicals and water in sprayer tanks and applying the pesticides in the needed amount, which may depend on weather conditions and application variables.Responsible for operating motors or machinery on some spray equipment, as well as may need to use a variety of vehicles for transportation over larger areas.Responsible for cleaning and servicing their vehicle, all tools, and machinery.Physical Requirements: This is a physically demanding job. Employees are regularly asked to lift and or move items up to 40 - 60 lbs. You will be constantly moving between various pieces of equipment.Maintains required chemical application records and standards per State Standards.
