Overview The Cook Co-op program provides hands-on experience with meaningful projects in the Medical Device Manufacturing Industry. Responsibilities - Perform projects that align with the company's current business objectives.- Attend Intern events that provide professional development & overview of the business.- Share knowledge and experiences gained through the Internship with a Capstone presentation.- Work alongside team/mentor cross functionally to complete projects and tasks.- Must maintain all training requirements for the position, while seeking out opportunities for continuous development and growth. - Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization.- Must strictly adhere to safety requirements.- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.- Must maintain company quality and quantity standards.- Must have effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision.- Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations. Qualifications - Candidates should preferably be students entering their Junior or Senior year the following fall semester or entering graduate school.- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.- All candidates must provide proof of enrollment in an accredited college or university.
